This privacy policy discloses the privacy practices for SucceedLEARN.

We, at SucceedLEARN (a product of Succeed Technologies Private Limited), respect your privacy. We protect your information and give you full control over the data you share with us. This privacy document is to ensure that all our users (both individuals and organisations) know and understand their rights in terms of the personal information shared with us and are clear on how this information is used.

Contact Permission

We would love to contact you by email to understand more about what you are looking for in our courses, so we can help you make the best decision. We would also like to keep you informed about any new offers or services. We will always treat your personal details with the utmost care and will never sell them to other companies for marketing purposes.

What Do We Collect?

We collect very limited personal information from you.

For individual users, we collect Name, Photo (optional), Email address and a Password of your choice. Additionally, we collect your system-generated details such as Sign in & Sign out date and time, IP addresses and information related to your learning activities.

For organisational users, in addition to the ones mentioned above, we may also collect information like your Designation, Department, Employee ID, Manager Information and other details provided by your organisation.

For online purchasers of eLearning courses, we may collect and store details such as your billing and payment information.

How is This Information Used?

We use your personal information for tracking, analysing and reporting your learning progress (and for marketing our products if you have opted in to be contacted with marketing updates).

We may use this information to:

  • Provide course recommendations to you or other users based on usage patterns.
  • Update or create new courses.
  • Carry out any obligations arising from any contracts entered between you/your organisation and us.
  • Enhance or optimise user experience, data security and system performance.
  • For organisational users, use information as desired by your organisation.
  • Send product or relevant marketing information only if you have opted in to be contacted by SucceedLEARN.

Information Retention

We keep personal information only as long as needed, specific to the purposes for which the data was collected. We will delete all your personal information after the data retention period as per our company policy (6 years from your last login).

For organisational users, your information will be retained in accordance with your organisation's data retention policy.

Request for Erasure

As an individual user, you can request complete erasure of your personal information from the Profile section. As an organisational user, you can request deletion of your information by raising a ticket. This will be governed by your organisation's data retention policy.

Access & Rectification

If you are an organisational user, these details are controlled by your organisation. Please contact your organisation's administrator to update any details.

Sharing Information

We may share your personal information with other entities or organisations to deliver a quality experience. We do not share any of your personal information with anyone for the purpose of marketing.

We share it with our partners to manage administration and operations, for services like billing and subscription management, hosting and performance enhancement.

Organisational users: Additionally, we share your information with your organisation's administrators and managers.

a) For Individual Users

  • Your name, email address, and a password of your choice (password may not be stored if the user chooses OAuth).Mobile number (if WhatsApp based services are selected)
  • System-generated data such as your sign-in and sign-out date and time and IP address. Information related to your learning activities, such as courses viewed, progress, and completion details

b) For Organizational Users

  • Your name, email address, and a password of your choice (password may not be stored if the organization chooses SAML2 SSO or OAuth); mobile number (if WhatsApp based services are selected).
  • All data collected for individual users, plus additional details like designation, department, employee ID, manager information, and any other data provided by your organization's administrator. These may be optional and can vary depending on your course or subscription needs, especially for assignments, reporting, or certification.
  • Password or credential-related information, if S-Phish based services are used and the credential is submitted.

c) For Online Purchasers of eLearning Courses

When you buy or subscribe to our courses directly from our website, we may collect and securely process:

  • Your billing name, and payment method details and invoicing address and other details as stored by the payment service provider.
  • Company name, address, GST number and billing name is collected by us to generate invoice.
  • We use Stripe and RazorPay as our payment gateways. These gateways collect and process payment data in accordance with their respective privacy policies.
  • We do not store or have access to any payment-related data on our systems; these details are handled solely by PCI-DSS compliant payment providers.

d) For Visitors to Our Website and Portals

When you visit our website or any of our learning portals, we collect limited technical and interaction data, including:
